Creepy to Halloween Creepy

Seriously someone had this in their house. I know it was a little creepy to begin with, but with a little black spray paint, it would become the perfect backdrop to any Halloween display.

And birdcage, boring before the black paint. Now, look what I have done with the cheap and creepy thrift store finds.

I think it needs a little more, but it's a start to the scariest and creepiest Halloween collection.

After a quick to the dollar store and a little black spray paint, this is the outcome.

The Life of a Kitchen Island

My kitchen island has yet a new additive to her boring life. After much scouring and thrift store combing I finally found some corbels for the support she needs.
First the bare nakedness of her start in this life of hers.


Second, a little make-up to her face, not much of a change just a little.



Third, her latest addition.

She looks so pretty all dressed up.

Like winning on the penny slots

I imagine this is like winning the jackpot on the penny slot machines, it's a great excitement but maybe a bit small to require a full on jumping and yelling scene.

But hey, I found one, everyone else has one and now I have one of my very own. It may be small but it's a start. It was a thrift store find to top it all off, too.

I feel like summer is over once the kiddies are back in school, but hey better late than never. So, now I can check off one more thing on my to-do list.

Second Enterance

Is it just me, or does it drive anyone else crazy to have wet swim trunks and towels all over the carpet in the house? Well, after seeing Just a Girls garage entrance transformation, I just had to try and copy her, what a brilliant gal.
